Can't Select Multiple Images when Creating a Gallery

Hi there,
In the create a Gallery page using the Upload multiple files button I can add multiple images but I can't select multiple images to insert. I have massive galleries to upload and cntrl / cmd etc don't work
Please help! it's for www.dhg.co.za

Hello
I don't know how advance you are with menaging Wordpress so please check this video to see when you should hold ctrl key.
