Move Cart on Homepage Header

Hi. Is it possible to move the cart button in the front page header? I am trying to move it closer to the top of the header. Thanks

    I want to move the existing cart closer to the top of the page. I moved the search icon to 20% instead of 50% and I would like to do the same with the cart.

    So if you did it with search you shouldn't have problem with cart. Use firebug to detect what to change. If you need help post live link please.
