Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in C:\xampp\htdocs\hypershot\index.php on line

I have just purchased this and i am trying to run this theme locally (xampp), and then when the site loads, it gives me the following error:

—> Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in C:\xampp\htdocs\hypershot\index.php on line 13

I want to know how to proceed...Any tips ??

ps. Im really sad about it now, as i tought it was going to be easy to deal with this template/theme !

How about default theme? Maybe it is misconfiguration of xampp?

It looks like it doesn't see wordpress files. Just to remind(we have many different users) theme is not standalone aplication but it needs Wordpress to work.

I need more details to help you.
