About your issue:
http://apollo13.eu/docs/fame/#!/adding_woocommerce in section "Breadcrumb NavXT" you can see where you have to configure it.
You can also deactivate breadcrumbs in your shop page(Probably in your case it will be under Pages->Shop). There set "Breadcrumbs" to off.

i cant access the /wp-admin
i have contacted my hosting support and this is what they say.
"I have checked and it would seem that the issue is related to the theme of the website since when I tried switching to a default theme such as twentyfourteen the issue was resolved."
i cant even log in to update the theme?
what do i do? the address is www.ardentjewellery.co.uk/wp-admin

Theme is least possible thing that could block whole wordpress, but never mind,
Could you please send me temporary access to your WP so I could check there what is going on? Send it here on forum via private message(click on my nick and there you will find option "Send Air a Message"). In message please attach link to topic it applies to.
