PRODUCT PAGE IMAGE PROBLEMS

Hi, I am having real trouble with my product pages images - they either crop off at the bottom like this:-

or they look massive like this:-

http://www.crossdressingcloset.com/product/neon-platform-shoes/

What am I doing wrong?

On my last website (magento) the images were resized automatically and in proportion so this wasn't an issue - is this something Fame can do?

This is more woocommerce and wordpress related, but it is rather not issue, but lack of thing you would like to be done automatic. Your images are now set to display 500x600 thumbnail, and you have to prepare such images or rather in such proportions to get nice results and unified look on all your products pages. This is often job to be done with image editor program.

Also you can try to go to "Media" menu and there set up all your images as you wish, and change area where they should be cropped. Probably after you are done you will have to rebuild images with plugin like: http://apollo13.eu/docs/fame/#!/plugins_recommendations_rebuliding_thumbnails

Hi, the trouble is that different items have different image sizes so what size, in your opinion, should I set the product images to to get good results?

I have checked again both your links and images are exactly same size (500x600). Only issue is that images are not well cropped. Like I said try in media menu to crop them better, so it won't be so zoomed :-)
