How to update the style.css file by using ftp?

I already access to my ftp, and i make the changes to the style.css, but when make the changes, its remain, its show style.css?ver=1.2.1:329 setting, any idea?

I don't quite get what is the problem in here?
You have made changes in this file and expect Inspector to report different lines and styles, right?
It can be either:
1. Cache on you browser.
2. Cache on your server, from plugins or native(goDaddy server? http://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/comment/11832#Comment_11832 )
3. Incorrect style, and browser ignores it.

Need more details.

I done 1 and 2. And the style is correct. Here is the example of my current issue.

Like answered in your other topic - first try disabling plugins and check if issue is still present. If it helps, then activate them one by one and check when issue will show up again.

If it is not plugins then it is some issue with your server configuration.
