Chillout revolution slider

Deal all,

We have just installed the template as demo version but the revolution slider on front page comes missing:
"slider with alias homepage missing".

The perso helping us has advised:
After login in your admin panel. You can see left menu bottom, "Revolution Slider" click that. After you see "Import Slider" green button. When you get slider zip file from that theme author you just install it from there.Then, goto pages > Home Page > First you see the element of "Revolution Slider" just edit and select slider. And Save It! That's All!

Can you please assist us with the issue?

    Well we do not have any slider coming on front page (with background pcitures and welcome text), it comes as white with the error message.

    If I understand right the slider is missing in the files.

    this is true, the import files with sliders are located in 'Dummy Data/Slider' folder of the package downloaded from ThemeForest.

    Our support reply:

    Yes, it's in theme package. But it's not correctly import. It has issue, so kindly ask the live demo site import file.

    In place of the slider it shows a white rectangle with the following message:
    revolution slider error: slider with alias homepage not found.

    Hi again, I think I have hired an amateur as support, I have managed to install the slide myself.

    It is third day I use WordPress.
