Payment doesn't go through due to fame theme not compatible with woocomerce 2.3

Hi, i just discovered that my wooccomerce version is 2.3 and not 2.1. There is an error on credit card payment page and stripe company says the problem is due to the version incompatibilities cause the fame theme only supports woocomerce 2.1. can you please update the version i bought so it can be compatible with WooCommerce 2.3?

Here is the error i get when i try to put the payment through; ''PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CARD DETAILS HAVE BEEN ENTERED CORRECTLY AND THAT YOUR BROWSER SUPPORTS JAVASCRIPT''

What version of theme do you have? Cause Fame was long ago update to support Woocommerce 2.3, check change log http://www.apollo13.eu/themes_update/fame/index.html

I don;t know where to get the version number but here is the link of the theme i bought. I bought it a month ago. I guess it should be the latest version.

However as you say it should be alright.
I wonder how "stripe company" can tell if it is theme fault or not.
If you had woocommerce 2.1 with Fame bought month ago then it is something fishy about it, cause WC 2.1 was loooong ago, like year ago. Have you just changed theme on your working site, or you started your site after buying fame theme?

For me it sound like misconfiguration of WC, but Lets start with you updating theme.

If this wont help we will try on other theme to see where issue lays.

Hi, i started my site after buying the fame. The stripe company tried switching to another theme to see if the error occurs.But everything worked fine .They switched back to the fame theme and it stilll didnt work. I had to switch to hosted payment method before it worked.But i prefer my clients to checkout on my page.

OK it sounds like good test by stripe company. I would do the same. However it is strange as we don't do anything special, just styling default Woocommerce pages. Maybe there is some JavaScript conflict while processing credit card details.

1. Can you tell me more how can I recreate this issue?
2. What is your theme version?
3. Have you update theme?
