Meta name "keywords" / Meta name "Description"

Hi,

How can I add and edit the
–Meta name "keywords"
–Meta name "Description"

Would you please advise, ^^ I'm didn't know much about at coding

    Hi,
    this is for SEO purpose, right?
    If so - please use some SEO WordPress plugin (one of the best it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ - it's very well documented)

    If not - look here: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_meta.asp

    One more thing - header.php is the file, where You put this meta tags.

    Thank you, I will try both plugin and the coding.

    by the way, at line "16 "..


    If I remove the line " 16 "...will my site description gonna appear when search in google ?

    <meta name="robots" content="index, follow" />
