client is not getting the order notifications/emails
We’re using your Fame theme and we noticed that the client is not getting the order notifications/emails. I have checked with WooCommerce and Themeforest and we’re trying to deal with this but I’m thinking you might have another way around this. Client is absolutely irate. Site is http://www.thefirstflapper.com . Please email me directly and I’ll be able to give you login credentials if you need. Email sending is usually case of server misconfiguration. Theme don't change anything in that matter. Check if you Wordpress send any emails at all, for example when creating new user, admin should receive e-mail about it.
Same issues occur with contact form often and here is whole topic about it, maybe you will find there something useful.
