How do you change LOST YOUR PASSWORD top header to something else

On top of header how do I change lost your password to Register ?

Changing this one is not a way to go ;-)
You should have two links : Sign in and Lost password. Sign in option will provide registration form, and this is only way woocommerce provides registration.
This link leads to "My account" page. However the “My account” page should display a registration form if you activate it (WooCommerce > Settings > General and tick/activate the “Allow registration on the “My Account” page” option.
