Way to update Adamant Theme

Hello,
I didn't find how to simply update adamant's theme via wp admin in firefox/safari browser. Which files to choose from the adamant's folder downloaded from theme forest website and how to install it? Best regards and many thanks!

    Since i made the update, this is what i see when i try to edit my main page with visual composer backend. (file attach)
    All the others pages are displaying well. (I've tried in firefox,safari and chrome)

    Try to deactivate all extra plugins, and check then again.

    ok thanks ! it's Wordpress SEO plugin that causes this display problem.
