OK, I see now it pauses after loading. I don't know yet what is causing this. I will try to recreate issue on my development page and then try to debug it.
I was trying to recreate your issue on my local installation, but whatever I do it works fine for me.
Could you post me list of your active plugins? Maybe this will have some impact on slider.
I noticed that when slider is loaded first time on your page, then it autoplays nice, but when I will refresh your page, then it is when problem occurs.

I have just tested your site, and besides you have very nice site, everything was working fine for me.
Maybe it was some glitch on your device?
I will test it on two more devices and answer here if I find anything.

On desktop it autoplays and uses the zooming effect.
On mobile (iOS) it does not autoplay
