Double Titles and Taglines

Description.
When using the theme, there are two site titles and taglines displayed.

List of ACTIVE plugins.
The only active plugins were the ones installed by the theme.

Wordpress version.
Version 4.3.1

Theme version you are using.
XpertVersion: 1.0.1

Have you made any code modifications(CSS, JS, PHP)? If yes write what you changed.
I have not made any modifications to the code.

    Ok, got it.
    Thank You for this report. We'll prepare update that fixes this issue.
    The quickfix for now:
    edit file: ..\wp-content\themes\ceevee\functions.php
    find line add_filter( 'wp_title', 'a13_wp_title', 10, 2 ); (line 365) and remove it.
