Issues while importing demo

Hi guys!

I just bought the "Thirteen" Template and I wanted to personalize it but starting from the demo version.
I started the demo import but got this message while importing (See attachments), any ideas where it could come from?

have you tried again to import? What info you have in log?

Just tried again, this is what I get :

"Failed to import pa_color Black
Failed to import pa_color Blue
Failed to import pa_color Green
Importing posts for 20.201976060867 seconds.Failed to import pa_color Black
Failed to import pa_color Blue
Failed to import pa_color Green
Importing posts for 20.143783807755 seconds."

Strange, times looks all good. I have no idea why it crashes while importing. Like some plugin is interrupting import process, or something else changes.

Could you please send me temporary access to your WordPress and FTP so I could check there what is going on? Send it here on forum via private message(click on my nick, in top-right corner you will find option "Message"). In message please attach LINK to topic it applies to.

By sending access to WordPress I mean:
-create new ADMIN account with fake e-mail
-set some password to this account
-send me created login and password
