Single Image URL doesnt work

Hi,
URL link in Single Image (Visual Composer) doesn't work in the Fame theme.
I saw another post with a fix for superior theme, tried it but it didnt work. Maybe it needs a different fix? Please help.

    I have just checked and there is no field for URL in single image element, see my screen shot:

    In version 1.6.8 http://www.apollo13.eu/themes_update/fame/index.html we have removed our custom template for single image.

    What version of theme do you use?

    HI I downloaded the latest theme and installed through envato toolbox...but it doesnt seem to unclude the latest version of visual composer. any idea?

    It has version 4.8.1 in it. What version of Visual Composer do you see in your Wordpress?

    Please see also http://apollo13.eu/docs/fame/#!/installation_update_update_theme part about updating plugins, cause maybe you have missed it.

    Version 4.2.3. I upgraded to Version: 1.7.3. and downloaded it and no new version of VC is there. The work has been done I just need the single URL to link like it should, breaking it in later versions isnt helpful..how does that solve a clients issue if they already have it set up...doesnt make sense. Please provide the fix for this, its holding us up. Thank you!

    4.2.3? From where did you get such old version? It has many issue with security and in some parts is not compatible with new versions of WordPress.

    I understand what you mean, we also struggle with VC being not backwards compatible and we have to choose some way of moving forward. Also you have access to change log( http://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/12/before-you-ask-read-this-#change_logs ) so if you don't wish to update some parts of theme, then probably you shouldn't also update theme cause you can get in situation like that. But lucky this is just pure edge case:-)

    I think best solution in your case would be to copy template for single image element from older Fame version.

    Please try this one of templates from attachments, unzip it, and paste to fame/vc_templates

    Whatever code you provided broke the VC and it cannot be found now. Can you please provide me with the new plugin?

    So what exactly broke your site? Cause I gave you two original files that would work proper with old VC. And how did you fixed it?
