You don't need a license key. WordPress 4.5.1 requires latest version on Visual Composer. Latest Chillout contains latest Visual Composer - that's why it's compatible with WordPress 4.5.1 And Chillout in version that You're using WILL cause a problems when You try to install it on WordPress 4.5.1
please - update chillout theme.

You have WPBakery Visual Composer ver 4.5.1 You need 4.11.2.1 You need to do this manually due to WPBakery Visual Composer bug
All You have to do is update it manually, via FTP. Just take a package 'js_composer.zip' from ..\wp-content\themes\chillout\inc\plugins\ unzip it and overwrite it to ..\wp-content\plugins\ via FTP
