Visual Composer "Activate Builder Options"

Realized all the additional theme shortcode add ons are not visible in my visual composer. Saw this was an issue in the documentation when you add "Contact 7" Plugin.
*Looking to use the "Testimonial- 3 column"
Started looking at the Documentation and it says to go to "Settings- Visual Composer."
Visual Composer also has its own section above my "Settings" (see photo)

I couldn't find it in either- wondering if I am missing something?

I think they have changed something since we wrote it in 2014;-)

Try going to Role Manager in Visual Composer settings, and there after you scroll, you can enable and disable various elements.

All are "enabled" in the Role Manager Settings but I am still not seeing the "Testimonial" shortcode in Visual Composer.
