Failed to import a Demo

I have seen threads about this issue on here but haven't found the solution. When I try to import the demo Zaria, but others as well, I use clear import mode, but after the import starts after a minute a pop up window opens saying "Internal Service Error".
Thanks for the help guys! Love the theme!!

    Please send me a private message with login credentials to admin panel. I'll take a look at it.
    I'll have to attempt to import Zaria demo as well.

    Problem solved. Memory limit was set to low, and you need to deactivate all extra plugins prior to run importer.
