How do I get the same design as this menu? http://carson.fatmoon.kinsta.com/
And how do I set so that when I hover a menu item it automatically drops down the drop down menu, so that I don't have to click before it does that.

What exactly you ask about? Colors, or position or activating some elements from header? Probably you mean header variant http://apollo13.eu/docs/apollo13_framework_theme/#!/header_type

There is no option to do that. Cause this is pattern we decide to use for menu, to be future and touch devices friendly - you can see it on all our demos. So there is no option "hover to open".

There's three problems with the menu:
1. The drop-down menu items is not aligned with its "parent item" (Check the attached screenshot)
2. The drop-down menu needs to have the same font type and look as the menu above.
3. The user needs to click the tiny arrow before he or she can see drop-down menu, it's supposed to drop-down when the user clicks on "ydelser" or the arrow.

Do you ask me for modifications or you just complaining that you don't like how it is designed, cause I am not sure?
I will assume for now that you complain, and answer from this point of view:

1. Well it is exactly as we presented on our demos, for example here http://carson.fatmoon.kinsta.com/ - it is aligned with menu item position, not with text in this item.
2. You have all settings for it in menu, so you can make it as you wish http://apollo13.eu/docs/apollo13_framework_theme/#!/header_main_menu
3. You can make whole item to open submenu. If however you want to make Parent item to be also link, then you have to click arrow. To achieve what you need, check option Make this item normal text(will not be link) while editing menu http://apollo13.eu/docs/apollo13_framework_theme/#!/menu_enhancements

If you need help in achieving point 1 I can help you create custom CSS for it.
