Malicious Code

I have received an email from Blue Host advising that they have detected malicious code in website file
/wp-content/themes/skyfashion/common/css/skeleton/index.php.

I'm not sure how I am to fix this problems and would appreciate your advice.

    Hi,

    You can remove this file from your skin.
