error updating spaceship

My website suddenly is not working and getting this message (fig1) I contacted my hosting company thinking it could be an issue with them as my site worked fine yesterday. Been told I have to update wordpress. I went to my wordpress page and tried to update everything wordpress and spaceship theme, wordpress did update with no problem to 3.9.1 but I am getting an error when I try to update spaceship (fig2) how can I do it?

Follow this to update theme http://apollo13.eu/docs/spaceship/#!/installation_update_update_theme or install it form beginning via FTp if you still encounter issues.

thank you for your answer but I am still having problems and doing via FTP would be even more complicated for me.
I followed the steps from your link, however I do not know very well where to get the .zip files from. I went to the themetemplate web and uploaded again the template but I dont know if this is right or should I get just the update.zip file from somewhere else??
Anyway, downloaded again, then installed the easy....... plugging as suggested, I followed the steps.. selected the spaceship_1.6.0.zip file, said yes to upgrade theme and then I got fig1 and when I connect to my server got this other message fig2.
Sorry to bother you when it seems so obvious but I dont know.

documentation said: Although WordPress will inform you about new version of theme, but you still will have to go to ThemeForest site.

Get it from your account in ThemeForest http://themeforest.net/item/spaceship-minimalist-photography-portfolio-theme/2795584

Next follow same process as while installing http://apollo13.eu/docs/spaceship/#!/installation_update_install

I could do it for you but this way you wont learn and it is very easy :-) Maybe ask someone else who is near you for help :-)
