Show only resume of blog-post, instead of all text content

Iam having some troubles getting my page named: BLOG to show only the resume of a blogpost, not everything..
It will only show op on index site with the resume, but i want it on page BLOG..!
Any help to get?

I only want to show a short text about the post, not like the image where everything comes out.. like a substr in php with the limit 80-120 characters

Try using more tag in your posts http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/
