Missing style sheet (v1.1 Blame) error when installing the theme

the new update has no css

    It has :-) Follow instructions that you have linked :-)

    Remember: what you download form ThemeForest is not theme file, but ZIP file that has inside many things and theme. So you have to unpack theme first like while installation :-) -> http://apollo13.eu/docs/blame/#!/installation_update_install
