Intallation Failure.

I tried to install through both FTP and admin panel, but repeatly failed. (I already check all instructions about installaion)
I don't know what happed and nothing wrong about other things.

Is there any other private message or discussion form in this apollo's help page or private e-mail?
I want ask apollo13 to check my server and I want to let apollo13 know my server access information.

    Before I will try to do it for you please explain what you mean by Failure - do you see any error message, or blank screen or what?

    I saw error message from both FTP and Admin panel. I received the message that 'The uploaded file could not be moved to~' from wordpress and upload failure message from FTP server.
    I sent you a private message and please check.

    I had no problem installing theme by panel.

    You probably uploaded whole ZIP from themeForest instead of only uploading theme http://apollo13.eu/docs/hypershot/#!/installation_update

    Strange error message. Maybe File got corrupted while downloading.
