how can i modify for blog?

i worked using that theme.
that theme is very awesome!
thank you for providing that theme.
i have a two question.

first.
how can i cut the column as masonry block?
i already set for blog option. but not working.
i attached file about that issue.
please one more check.

second.
it means i want column height same as masonry block.
what can i do for that?
i want modify every blog column have a same height.
please let me know ASAP.

First:
If you don't use "more tag" in that post that you marked, it should work perfectly fine and cut that post. Could you show link to your site so I can see it myself?

Second:
You can add such custom CSS:

.variant_masonry .archive-item {
    height: 400px;
}

Of course change it to your needs.
