Changes on theme settings doesn't affect anything on my site.

I made changes on theme settings of Adamant and those changes doesn't make any effect in my site. Where is the problem? I've created a user for the admins debug the problem, the user is adamant_debug and the password is my purchase code. Thanks.

    Oh! I forgot the URL, the header color option is the first i've noted.
