Change Link of Album

I've created a page of albums but would like to edit the album link.
For example, here is a page of albums: http://twoartistmanagement.com/genre/brantley/
I'd like when a user clicks on an album, for example "portrait", that It will direct them to a different page.
Is this possible?

In each album you have option Custom link which you can use for that :-)
