Set Single Blog Post header image to featured image

I have played with all of the blog options, and can not seem to set the featured image to be the background image for the header.

Hello:-)

I assume by header you mean title bar.
To change background of it, go to page that you have set up as Blog page and change Title bar look to custom settings. See image
