One page design not working

I'm having a problem with the one page design.
I followed all the steps for the one page design here: http://www.apollo13.eu/docs/chillout/#!/one_page_design
However the theme is not working as one page. Please have a look here: http://newweb.formatc-live.com
Wordpress version 4.2.4
Chillout version: 1.3.10
Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks!

In documentation there's nothing said about creating separate page for each content block.
One Page for us means one page.
Everything is done by editing one (single) page. Everything is in one place.
Each content block is another Row shortcode filled with it's own content, and with Navigation Anchor assigned.
So please
1. edit Home Page and put there contet (taken from separate pages You have now) in order You want.
2. delete those pages (You have to do this to make Navigation Anchors unassigned and free to be assigned again in Home Page)
3. assign Navigation Anchors to content blocks in Home Page
