Featured image in blog section

Hello,

Is there a way to disable the featured image to show inside a blog post?
It says "Show featured image" I choose NO but I still see it....

    Hello again.
    After deeper investigation I must inform You that this is not a bug.
    Perhaps You didn't notice that 'Show featured image' has description that says 'Will be applied to the grid view of Latest Posts shortcode'.
    If You want to disable Featured Images within single post view - then You should go to Chillout Options >>Custom Style and paste this definition: 
    .type-post .item-image {
      display: none;
    }
