Not able to add PDF link on Call to Action button..

We are trying to add a PDF file we upload on the media section, to be downloaded once clicked on it, for example on button "Hoja de Producto" on http://gofacing.com/productos/goteam/.
The PDF file is uploaded, for example http://gofacing.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/GoRoomUSBPTZ_ESLow.pdf, on the media gallery.
But once we introduce the URL link section, on the Call to action button edition menu and save it, nothing happens: no error message, but once uploaded, button does not work at all.

Same thing happens once we try to do it with one questionary page linked to Zoho CRM.
Can you pelase support us to define what we are doing wrong, or how we can do it, please?

P.S Its hard to say what is wrong with your button because i don see the settings.

we were doing it with CallAction button, not just button.
anyway, once we test it following your instructions, the link appears at "undefined".
See the attached screenshots, please. The final result, is on http://gofacing.com/goteam2/. If you click on the "Hoja de producto", you can see just reload the web page-
How can you check it directly on our wordpress?
