trying to import demo data popup window with error. Cannot import. Please help!

    I am sorry to hear that. However as you can see, you have gave me no details. How you do it, what you see, what is your hosting? If it is 1and1 for example then as you can see in this topic http://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/3183/parser-error it is not possible.

    Hello.
    I did so:
    Appearance-Thirteen Import & export-Import demo data.

    First time I did it loaded perfectly. I mad some changes & want to reupload it all once again but it shows me the message as shown on the screenshot.
    Sorry but I don't understand what the topic 1and1 means.

    What changes you did?

    This error might be related to your server configuration. Where are you hosted?

    I deleted some pages changed preferences. But I actually installed once again from scratch but still have the same problem.
    Do you have an archive with demo contented?

    Try deactivating all plugins and do it again. If it wont help, then I will try to do it for you.

    If I will need access I will ask for it :-) First we try by asking and pointing:-) So deactivating plugins didn't work?

    Could you please send me temporary access to your WordPress and FTP so I could check there what is going on? Send it here on forum via private message(click on my nick, in top-right corner you will find option "Message"). In message please attach LINK to topic it applies to.

    By sending access to WordPress I mean:
    -create new ADMIN account with fake e-mail
    -set some password to this account
    -send me created login and password

    I might not have time today to do it, so then I will check it on Monday.

    Hello:-)

    Thanks for data. However you didn't send me access to FTP. I can see that your server after certain time refuses to cooperate and send empty webpage instead of JSON reply. I have no clue what kind of configuration could be doing it unfortunately.
