1- i dont know why but i last my logo !!!!! when i conect to wp-admin i can see it in costmise but not in the website

Will you use woocommerce there? If not then just disable woocommerce.

About cart, please answer me this:

About button:
Go to tools options http://apollo13.eu/docs/apollo13_framework_theme/#!/header_tools end remove text for this button - it will disappear then.
