logo won't show up on the home page. It show up on the custom preview mode

My logo and menu font size and color won't display correctly on the final preview. But it show up on the custom edit mode. Do you have any clue?
I have been loading different size logo, and try to change font size. But nothing change on the preview mode.

It shows up fine for me. Be sure to hit CTRL + F5 in your browser when you revisit your page after changing options in customizer.

Not sure how you can see the logo . I clean the cache but the header logo still missing. I also use different desktop . The logo and font size still incorrect.
Just want to make sure the link http://MIA.beer/2017/MIA.. it is our new site which still under development.
Try going to your FTP wp-content/themes/a13agency/user/ and delete user.css file.
Next login to your panel it should recreate this file.
Tell me do you see then form that ask you for access to FTP so it could save user.css(it happens on some hostings)?
