Header Image is not updatable and Full width settings on page won't save!?

I uploaded a new home page header image, yet the demo image remains. Additionally, settings for page level changes will not save, particularly the full width content option, it continues to revert back even though settings are saved.

I am very disappointed in this theme. I purchased the old fame theme and that was very nicely put together.. this theme I thought would carry the same professional finishes, but I guess not.

I understand your opinion came from frustration, but lets not be too quick to judge:-)
I am glad you are our old client - that is pure value!

1. First please show me page where you want to switch these options - link would be good.
2. What demo have you imported?
3. Do you have any additional plugins installed beside those that came with theme?
