Portfolio question

On the portfolio page, I would like to "hide" or "switch off" the ALL in categories. Is this possible?
I would have all my categories by category without the ALL is this possible?

I think we talked about it already, and in your situation best is to use categories linked right from menu.

Here is how to enable categories in menu http://apollo13.eu/docs/apollo13_framework_theme/#custom_post_type_in_menu

Next add them as you like in your menu.

Disabling "All" is not possible currently, as it is needed for "start" state and so the user could return to seeing all items after filtering.
