Blank Maintenance page

I am switching from my SquareSpace sooner than my web is ready, as I don't want to pay another bill, thus I need a Maintenance Page. All is good and dandy, but can I make one page, that does not display Menu or Header alltogether? But just for that Page.

Oh. There is no such words as "... without theme header and footer." in the documentation [pdf file] :] Then it's all good! Thank you!
