Add title bar to single album
Unlike the album list, there is no way to add a title bar to an individual album. Can you point me to where I can go in the code to add one?

Albums don't have title bars, cause slider or scroller is intended to take full space, so title bar will get in a way. There is no easy way to add it.
If you are looking to use slider or scroller you can use shortcodes for now http://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/content-management/shortcodes/ and then use it on page, so you could add title bars.
In future we will add title bars for albums, it is waiting in TO DO list.
