Hi there, i have Rife version 1.6 and i want to update to 1.7, but dont have any link, any mail and in the wordpress themes the update doesen't show.

Help please send a mail with the link

Hello :-)

If auto update doesn't work then use link then you can do 2 things:

1. Go to WordPress admin area Dashboard -> Updates and click Check again. See screen below:

2. If update will still not show up, then you can find link to download in license e-mail you got when signing up https://rifetheme.com/help/docs/installation-updating/registering-the-license-code/

I now, but if your services remember i dont receved the mail, the code was given after b the suport.
If you can send the mail i apreceate

I have just send e-mail with license code to you, same as you should receive while signing up in November :-)

If auto-updates doesn't work you can do a manual update like I have explained before:

If you like, I can take a look at your installation why auto-updates doesn't work.

Could you please send me temporary access to your WordPress so I could check there what is going on? Send it here on the forum via private message(click on my nick, in top-right corner you will find option "Message"). In message please add LINK to topic it applies to.

By sending access to WordPress I mean:
-create a new ADMIN account with a fake e-mail
-set some password to this account
-send me created login and password

I have resent you it in April.
OK, Please send me an e-mail at info@apollo13themes.com - it should enable us to send you reply that you will receive. Once you will receive it, I will resend License code.
