Hello guys! I have installed the 1.7.1 theme version and despite envato market plugin is perfectly installed and working I see no upgrade option to the vers. 1.8. I'm confused. You can help me?
As this is Envato plugin, it would be best to poke Envato support for more information why it doesn't work. I have literally no idea what could be causing it to not work in your case.
unfortunately I had no answer from envato. not even from github. I'm very confused. I can not update the components included in my theme and I'm afraid of losing the graphics of my site if I proceed manually.
As it is explained in documentation - you will not lose your data. Everything is stored in a database, not in theme files, so unless you made changes in files you are safe.
Go on with updating.
And yes, Envato reply times can be painful. I also don't like the way they serve updates to our themes.
If instead, you would like to convert to our Rife theme(that is only available on our site) and have better auto-updates, then we can talk about it privately. It has same powers as OneLander and it is also based on Elementor. I can help you transition your site to Rife, and it will look & work the same, but with easier auto-updates. https://apollo13themes.com/rife/
