Theme Update issues

Hi Team,
Theme Name:
Starter By Apollo13 version: 1.1.8

We have issue with update Starter theme from 1.1.8 to 1.8.1
On our web page (www.exzel.co.nz) , we use a counter plugin to show number animation, but on version 1.8.1 we couldn't find this plugin.
Please help us to figure out the problem. Thanks.

Hey exzel :-)

Since few versions counter part is moved to plugin(cause of WordPress requirements).

To update the theme, please follow manual update https://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/installation-updating/updating-theme/manual-theme-update/

Once done theme update is done, please be sure to install/update Apollo13 Framework Extensions plugin. You should have it in version 1.2.0 currently.

Then all should be fine.

If you will not able to do it, then I can do it for you. But please don't send me any login data unless I ask for it :-)

After update, the error message show on console is Uncaught TypeError: number.countTo is not a function

Thanks for this report. It was my mistake, I forgot to release an update for Apollo13 Framework Extensions plugin after releasing Starter 1.8.0. Even our theme demo had the same issue.

To fix it please update Apollo13 Framework Extensions plugin to version 1.2.1 that I have released feew minutes ago.
