How do I add hooks? Are there any pluguin?
I would like to add some tag manager tags, google analytics, gsuite, among others

Hello :-)
If you are fine with code then take a look into header.php file - there is instruction in a comment on how to add Google tag Manager script with action hooks.
If you are not friends with code then sure, there are plugins, for example, this one
