1) I would to ask you, how can I create a page from contact-template? I do not see this template among others? And the page setup, which was from the very beginning, unfortunately, I deleted. In addition, I tried to create such a page from scratch and I did not succeed — it turns out Elementor is not easy to use.

If you have more then one case to talk about then please add every case in a separate topic(read more here), cause if this topic will have more then 3 answers, it will make chaos by answering to different points of the first question. I believe you can imagine this :-)
Back to questions: You could import demo data once again, but it will add much mess that you would have to clean again. You can also import it on different site and then copy to your production site.
Anyway, I will ask Daniel to help you with it, once you let us know, which exactly contact page template you would like to recreate.

No, we can just import a selected page using the Elementor importer and you won't lose any data. Like Air wrote earlier, let me know which page you want to import again (point the right page on our designs) and ill export it for you

I had to zip the file because the forum did not allow me to add the *.json file.

Edit this page and go to the page details and change these settings:
1) Paddings to "Both off": http://nimb.ws/lDK4Wo

Save and open the page in normal windows (not the Elementor editor) and check if it looks better and let me know.
