Hi Air, I hope you are doing excellent,
I added a sub-menu and the way it is displayed is with an arrow aside the word. I would like to have a drop-down list menu, it means, that the sub-menus came from word and appear down the word. Other thing is that I have to push the arrow and would be great to have the sub-menu displayed in hover (passing over its menu page).
Do I have to add a CSS or do the Rife theme have this configuration.
Just like this
https://code.tutsplus.com/ or maybe this one
https://mediatemple.net/ (In this ones you have to push the arrow, nevertheless the effect is very nice).
Thanks.

I don't think I fully understand what you mean and need. If you could send me a link to your site, I could see how you have configured it already.
About submenus on hover, we have chosen a different design for Rife, and you can read about it here https://rifetheme.com/help/docs/customizing-the-theme/header/main-menu/
Also if you want the whole link to open submenu check these instructions http://rifetheme.com/help/docs/basic-setup/menus/menu-enhancements/
About links that you shared - I am also not sure on which part of effect should I focus. I see a dark overlay when opening submenu(we have the same when you open menu on mobile)
Anyway please read both links I have shared above, as they may answer some of your questions :-)
With kind regards.
