Fat Moon & plugins

Hope you are well! We are hoping you can please help us! We love your Fat Moon theme and we purchased a new license today as ours expired. We are having some trouble please see information from our web developer below…

We had a very old version of Fat Moon. Now with the updated version, it looks like the individual plugins "Apollo 13 Fat Moon Custom Post Types" and "Apollo 13 Fat Moon Framework Post Types" are no longer supported. Instead, there is the plugin "Apollo 13 Framework Extensions."

How do we get the information in the old plugins into the new plugin? We did not design the site, a developer did 3 years ago, so we are not sure what custom information might be contained within those fields.
When "Apollo 13 Fat Moon Custom Post Types" is activated it breaks the theme.

Also, the theme says activate "Ultimate addons for visual composer" but we need a license for that. Where can we find the license?

And lastly, the plugin we have from the original install is "Envato Marketplace" is there a different Envato plugin we should be using?

The other plugin that now needs an update and we do not have an individual license is WPBakery Visual Composer

Hoping you can help us!

Many thanks,
Alex

    Hey there:-)

Exactly. Please remove those old plugins and just use Apollo13 Framework Extensions
. Many things were moved to the plugin in the last 2 years due to WordPress requirements.

Don't worry about information/data - they are not stored in the plugin but in the database.

This one probably comes from some other plugin or WPBakery. Definitely it is not the theme recommendation, so you can ignore it.

You can use Envato Market plugin for updating the theme https://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/installation-updating/updating-theme/ but many users say it is buggy, so you can ignore it if you find it troublesome.
In that case, you can always do manual updates from time to time - https://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/installation-updating/updating-theme/manual-theme-update/

    Please reffer to this: https://rifetheme.com/apollo13-framework/docs/installation-updating/updating-bundle-plugins/

As WPBakery often breaks the update process, please disable this plugin(WPBakery) before proceeding with the update.

    I hope that helps.

    With kind regards.
