Change the order of my categories in my portfolio

Hi, i would like to change the order of my categories in the "portfolio" section, but i cannot find where i can do it, the only option i have is "delete" , help please

You can do it by changing the date of each item but there is a simpler way,
install the proper plugin: http://hijiriworld.com/web/plugins/intuitive-custom-post-order/
