No block preview after WP Update

after the newest update of WP many plugins don't show the Block Preview editor (ex. Event Calendar, Random Quote...).
Any suggests?

1. Block preview comes from gutenberg or some other plugin/place?
2. If you switch the theme to the default WordPress theme, does it still happens?
