pictures on homepage
i purchased the hypershot theme, put it up at fashionundergroundnyc.com, set it up, and started posting up pics on the homepage. it was fine at first but now when i add pics/posts it always formats the pics to one specific small size (as you'll note with "New Joint", "album 35", and "photo 1" are doing) instead of putting them up in the various different sizes as it did before. Im trying to figure out how to fix that back.

It looks like just hit two identical ratio images, as your second in order album (adddanu) has tall image. If you want to keep different height you will have to alter one one those photos and upload it again. Also on different resolution, other two identical ratio images might end up in same line or near each other:-)
Try putting some tall image like this one from attachment to see that it still works :-)
