how to improve the image quality ?

hey ,
I m mostly using lightroom to compress my pictures fro heavy .tiff files to jpg normaly and the quality is just amazing , super sharp and quite light .
As soon as I get them into Hypershoot the quality of the images in both " grid " and " full size " when selected ( clicked ) I m loosing that sharpness a lot , woud it be possible to improve it by any way ?

Images should be same as you have uploaded there is possibility that you are not selecting proper image, but I can verify it only if you post link and point out which example image is not good. I think you are right , I mean you are right about when they a selected :-) but a bit blury in the grid . is there any way to have better compression there ?

How to improve thumbnails?
I really don't know easy way, maybe there is some plugin that allows you to set quality of compression in wordpress, really I don't know. However if you changed size of thumbnails for bricks album after uploading some photos then this solution might help some http://apollo13.eu/docs/hypershot/#!/albums_menu_thumbanails_size

If you are still not satisfied you will have to change your thumbs manually in FTP. But remember that quality comes at file weight cost, and some users may suffer cause of that ;-) I believe that wordpress team really set compression at best level.

I'm experiencing the same issues with thumbnail sharpness. When I import pictures with hypershot installed I see some thumbnail sharpness loss in the album brick. I did a test and I uploaded a picture with twenty twelve theme installed then I reinstalled hypershot and put that image in my album and the thumbnail is way more sharp...
Any idea how can I solve this without uninstalling hypershot and reinstalling?

Processing of images is NOT done in theme. Theme only introduce sizes it will use to Wodpress, and while uploading new images Wordpress will prepare these sizes.

Your images might not be sharp cause of you uploaded your images while theme was inactive, or cause some CSS resizing, or other cases. Please show screen shot of that not sharp thumb, and link to page where I can see it.
